Product Lead Time

As our products are made to order there is some lead time before they can be made and dispatched. Coop, cages, enclosures and custom made accessory orders currently have a 3-4 week lead time. This does not included drinker and feeder sets which are dispatched every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (unless there are public holidays). 

Freight Quote

In order to give our customers the best possible freight rates, we use Australia Post and TNT for deliveries throughout Australia.

Instant Freight Quote - 3 Easy Steps

1. Go to the product page of the item that you're interested in purchasing.

2. Under the optional upgrades is a place to type in your postcode to see the freight options. This freight calculator is also located under the product images where there are four tabs: Details, More Information, Shipping Calculator and Reviews.

3. Click on the Shipping Calculator tab and you can type in your state and postcode to get a freight price.

If you prefer, you can always call us on 1800 817 745 and we can provide this information over the phone and take your order that way if it is easier.

TNT Depot or Agent Collection

Freight for our items can vary significantly, depending on the size of the enclosure and the destination postcode. In order to keep costs down, we have sorted through the rates from all courier provides and found TNT offer the most economical freight around Australia. We have also been able to offer depot pickup locations throughout Australia for those with the means to collect their order from the depot to save on freight.

TNT Residential vs Non-Residential Business delivery

If you are choosing the non-residential business delivery option with TNT this needs to be a business address, with company name stated and cannot be a property name, farm name or home based business. TNT is very strict about this, so if you choose the non-residential business delivery but it's a farm or home based business by TNT's definition, then we will need to unfortunately charge you the residential delivery fee or you'll need to change to a depot/agent collection option.  

Collect from Royal Rooster in SA

All items can be collected from Royal Rooster in Willaston South Australia for those that live locally and wish to save on freight. Place your order online, and we'll let you know when your order is ready to collect. 

International Orders

If you are in the US, it's best to order via our USA website: as our feeders and drinkers are warehoused in the US and you'll be able to see what's in stock and purchase in USD. At this stage, coops or cages are not available in the US but please get in touch if you'd be interested in purchasing one as this may be something we can arrange.
